The customer service was amazing!! I asked to change my 2.5mm to a 3mm, and they were so kind and agreed to change my order. However, when I received the nose stud, it was still my original order (2.5mm). I compared it to my other nose 3mm nost stud that I had in, and it's very noticeably smaller.
