Bought one of these years ago for a single cartilage piercing, and finally needed it to have a twin :) only note is that if your cartilage piercing (I have helix) is very close to the cuff of your ear, it can poke the curve of your ear a little. Didn't really have an issue with it but ended up using this earring on a flatter area. Had an issue (that ended up being on me) but the seller helped me resolve it super quickly and was very kind and helpful. Happy to support this business 10/10
