The item is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The item got lost a first time and the seller kept asking me to wait when I asked for a replacement. That conversation was frustrating. When they finally agreed to send me a replacement, shipping took only a week. Overall, I love their jewelry and it wasn't my first time purchasing something from them. But this was my first problem with them and I am not sure if I will buy again next time.
