I got this for my conch and it's great. It's large but not too big for that area. I will say this is the second of this that I've purchased because one day the original just disappeared out of my ear. The pressure fit makes me nervous bc of that but it looks SO good I wanted another. The flat back is also amazing making sleeping so much more comfortable.
