Simply phenomenal! The quality of their synthetic opal is unbeatable, each piece (down to the post) is high quality, and their prices are unmatched… I'm writing this review, however, because of the incredible customer service I received. I placed an order of a few items and one head was incorrect; I had ordered the three-leaf opal and received a three-leaf clear head instead. The jewelry was still beautiful, though, so I decided to keep it and just place a new order with the original piece I wanted (plus a few more). I messaged the seller stating what had happened, that I didn't want a refund/return, and just asked for reassurance the correct item would be sent this time. I received my order today and in it was a free extra of the original piece I ordered! Above and beyond service!
