Item is exactly as designed, as others mentioned I just wish the hoops that held the chain were a little less noticeable. I was hoping my piercing would be far enough up that it would hide it, but I wasn't that fortunate. Its still a cute piece.

Ring is pretty, however it has 2 bigger rings on the sides (which holds the chain) that tickles the walls of my nose. And it moves around really easily which can be a bit annoying. Size bought was 10mm.

The metal irritated my nose bad and the ring was much too small. Low quality even for the price. Y'all can do better.
