This little septum ring is beautiful and delicate! I have a lot of other jewelry from Shemisli and it's always good quality and very durable. Unfortunately this particular piece doesn't stay closed very well. I'm not sure if it's the smaller size - it's an 8 gauge - but other, larger jewelry I have from this shop stays fastened much better. Other than that it's lovely, but I do worry about it falling out.
