Honestly its really cute but the rose falls off easily. I reached out to customer service and they offered a refund, I asked if it was possible to get a new one instead and they said yes! I was very happy, but the new one also fell out. Great customer service, but I just think this particular product isn’t good. If they find a way to attach the rose better to the silver, it would be amazing.
