I have been looking for a small, subtle piece for my Monroe piercing that also didn't have threading. Looked at stores/piercing shops that sell labret studs but they were either too large (drew way too much attention) or they were threaded (would constantly fall out and lose them). It got frustrating and that's why I love threadless labrets. The item is high quality and came faster than expected. I love the subtlety and minimalism of the little triangle and of the pieces that I picked out I think this one is my favorite!

I got one of these as a gift in January an...
I got one of these as a gift in January and I had it in for 6 months straight and it was still in great shape. It came out while I was sleeping (I found the back but not the tiny triangle) and I realized that I should take it out and re-bend it periodically to keep it from falling out again. I got one as a replacement and one as a backup. Very happy with the product.
